Assisting Service Advisors in coordinating,selling, andd delivery of superior RV sevice and repairs to existing and potential Tom Schaeffer's RV customers
The role is purposely intended to effectively train aspiring future Service Advisors. Therefore the duties and responsibilities are very similar to a Service Advisor, but more from a more supportive role.
The ideal Service Coordinator will learn and apply all of the duties and responsibities however with a smaller volume of customers to that of a Service Advisor.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in scheduling customer's service appointments
Obtain customer's information prior to arrival
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
Handle phone calls for service appointments
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Maintain a professional appearance
File and maintain service records
